The community of Twin Falls is mourning the tragic and sudden loss of Michael Ernest Wilson Jr., whose life was cut short in a devastating head-on collision on U.S. Highway 93 on Thursday, March 5, 2026. According to the Idaho State Police, the crash occurred near mile marker 32, approximately 5.5 miles north of Hollister, when 52-year-old Tim Thornton drove a southbound pickup truck into the northbound lane.
