CADDO PARISH, La. — The Caddo Parish community is grieving the heartbreaking and untimely loss of Tony Strobeck, 20, whose life was tragically cut short in a devastating utility terrain vehicle (UTV) accident on Friday morning, February 27. According to Caddo Parish 911 records, the incident occurred around 10:15 a.m. in the 1200 block of Barron Road, located between Monroe Drive and Barron Ridge Lane. Emergency responders arrived swiftly, with at least 15 units from the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office rushing to the scene in an effort to provide immediate assistance. Despite their best efforts, Tony succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
Authorities confirmed that two men, who were related, were involved in the tragic incident. Reports indicate that one man was starting the UTV while Tony was standing behind it. Tragically, the vehicle unexpectedly went in reverse, striking Tony.
