First responders arrived to find Jeremiah, the sole occupant of the vehicle, suffering from severe injuries after the white 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee he was driving struck a curb, rotated, and flipped multiple times. He was transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital, where, despite every effort, he was later pronounced deceased.

Authorities reported that Jeremiah was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected during the violent rollover. The roadway remained closed for nearly three hours as emergency crews worked diligently and investigators carefully processed the scene.
